We warrant to the extent of the purchase price only that the seeds sold are as described with recognized tolerances. We give no other warranty expressed or implied as to description, quantity or productiveness and can in no circumstances be held responsible for crop. Crop failure or any other force majeure releases us entirely from delivery obligations. If the purchaser does not accept the goods or these terms, they are at once to be returned to us in the original, unopened containers and the purchase price will be refunded.
